I’ve bought two of theses now, one for me and one as a Christmas gift for my brother. We both really enjoy it! We have both found that we have to pour the water in slow long through the grounds in order to get the most flavor. If not a lot of the grounds don’t get wet when they sit in the filter in the water. It takes an extra step but it is worth it!Both of our spending on coffee has gone down since buying this since we are making it at home!!

Easy to use, clear instructions

I use this item for juicing. I do vegetable juice and I needed a glass container that is air tight to keep the juice fresh for a couple days at a time. This container works perfect.

Either the coffee being ground is getting through the metal screen or I'm not sure how to operate this contraption.Could be operator error. But I'm super happy with the coffee, I just have to run it through another filter.

its low quality and thin thin glass

Everything is perfect about this coffee maker besides that the glass is very thin so it’s easily broken. Great Flavor, easy use, and easy clean!

It's kind hard to clean, it's a mess, half the time the shape of it makes the water and the coffee seperate slightly, not all of the coffee gets wet all the time (maybe I'm putting in too much) but if I put in less then there is a separation of water and coffee.

The best cold brew ever

The jug and filter work well brewing delicious cold coffee, although the internal filter is quite fine I still have to run the brewed coffee through a paper cone filter to remove the fine sediment.

It works just as expected, looks nice and I'd recommend the item, just some points to consider that led to 4 stars: The height and width of the jug means it may not fit in a standard UK fridge without removing or raising a shelf. The tapered shape means that to get a stronger coffee you will need to fill the jug completely. Finally, they've gone to the trouble of including seals for both the filter and bung, but there's a gap due to the pouring spout, so it's not completely airtight.

complete design failure... due to the wide bottom it is IMPOSIBLE to get the ratio of water to coffee grind right if you want the water to be in touch with the coffee grind...
