Excellent value, but no sonic sensation
I have read with wonder the reviews of these earbuds that say ‘the bass is so powerful you might have to adjust your sound EQ’ or the Soundpeats are ‘loud and clear ‘ (Actually they are neither).I don’t wish to be rude, but these folks have either a) been paid to say nice things, b) just had their ears unblocked of wax, or c) are deaf in one ear and have a Q-tip lodged in the other. These Soundpeats sound OK. Maybe even ‘Good’, but if you really believe that £29.99 buys you the most exciting (sonic) thing that will happen to you this year, think again. What on earth are people comparing them with? Pound-Shop earbuds? Two tin cans connected with a length of string? Perhaps that’s going too far...but if you’re used to £5.99 earbuds from Primark (fair enough) then read no further and place an order immediately; you’ll be very pleased you did. After all the rave reviews I was really looking forward to some decent sounds, but I was disappointed. I tried everything to improve the warmth of these little fellas, but even breaking them in for 24 hours did little to ease the prickly highs and woolly bass. Now 90% of people complaining about poor sounds simply haven’t got the silicone plugs to fit snugly in their ears. It’s an all too common mistake. I tried the 3 different sized plugs provided and then bought some different shaped ones on Fleebay to try and improve the fit even further. No luck, the bass is certainly there, but hardly the sensation others have heard. The problem is not that the bass is absent, it’s that it does not reach particularly low down to pull out a bass drum or bass guitar rift. What’s more it’s muddy, because clarity is not a gift it possesses. It’s more of a ‘splurge’ of bass with each beat rather than something punchy and powerful. This may not make an iota of difference to you, but for me it removes any satisfaction one might otherwise get from a crisp bass line thumping out the lower notes with authority. But what the hell am I talking about? These cost less than 30 quid, and in the world of serious sound that’s pocket change. So yes, for the money these Soundpeats ARE impressive! On a further positive note the mids and vocals sound OK, although overall these buds lack clarity, the sound isn’t crisp. They also lack ‘presence’ - like the guy at a party who just stands in the corner; he’s there but he isn’t making an impression. So the sound doesn’t engage with you. The highs are bright, too bright actually, so you will need to adjust the EQ.I also found they where hard to drive. I needed to turn the volume up significantly to get a useable level. By contrast I put my Shures on and nearly suffered permanent hearing damage at the same volume setting! All this makes the Soundpeats a good choice for casual listening. At £30 they are excellent value that I doubt you will beat elsewhere. The Bluetooth worked beautifully, the ANC has a polite Chinese woman telling you when it’s off and on (it works so-so by the way), the battery lasted more hours than I used each day, and both a soft and hard case is provided to suit your preference.Obviously, audiophiles and folks who are fussy about how their music sounds should look elsewhere, but then if they are even reading this they aren’t the music gurus they thought they were. They should be spending ten to twenty times more on their head/earphones in any case.Incidentally, I have a long term pair of Shure 535’s in custom gel inserts and a pair of Grado RS1’s headphones, both of which were used for comparison purposes. In summary, if your budget is £30 then look no further and place an order for these as you’ll be pleased with your purchase. Just don’t expect the ‘mind blowing’ experience some of the more enthusiastic reviews would have you believe .You generally get what you pay for with earphones, although with these Soundpeats you seem to get just a little bit extra.

a separate ANC button which is very useful
Have bought many headphones recently for friends and family as I am quite active in online shopping. I have always found the usual headphones to have good noise cancellation element in them. But when I saw these headphones specifically being named as ANC headphones, I was curious to try these out. Arrived very quickly. The packaging is nice. a small compact and zipped carry box and also a leather pouch to carry it separately. Along with the usual 3 pairs each of ear tips and hooks it also came with a leather clip. Didn’t realize how easy the clip makes it hold the headphones securely in place until I used it myself. The Bluetooth apparently is the advanced version that’s why the range of these headphones is far better than any other ones. This charge quickly and the battery lasts long. There is a separate ANC button where noise cancellation feature can be turned on or off.. though ANC feature takes up more battery still, I wouldn’t want to keep noise cancellation off after having tried it few times. It makes a lot of difference, especially when in a crowded place. Though slightly on the expensive side, the quality of sound and the headphones make up for it. Enjoying my new headphones!

Noise cancelling wireless headphones
so glad i chose these headphones for running/gym. Great price and free delivery (Prime account ). The sound is loud and clear and is pretty fast to charge up. A 1 hour charge lasts 2-3 hours. If fully charged can do about 5hours. They are light weight and the control pad isn’t so heavy that it pulls the headphones out ! They came in nice packaging and even has a free durable case for easy storage. They tell you when the battery is low and when it is full(this can be seen on your phone screen) Also you can connect to two devices at the same time which is super useful. On the end of the headphones are magnets which pulls the two ends together so they don’t fall off your neck when your not using it. Really happy with my hedphones would 100% recommend A+++

Great value, fantastic sound and good range
I was about to pay-out £90 for SONY phones and then saw these on Amazon. Amazing value, good build quality and the sound is exceptional. I work in a noisy environment and yet I can here my favourite talk radio channel as clear as a bell! Bass is good and Bluetooth range is more than acceptable, good enough to leave phone on desk and still get reception 20 feet away through a glass partition! All-in-all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good
I've never tried the neckband style of headphones before. I thought they'd be clunky, but they actually work really well. They sit comfortably on my neck. Unlike wired bluetooth headphones that aren't neckband style, they don't get tangled up.Connecting them to my phone was easy and quick. The sound quality is pretty good too. Nothing amazing, but certainly clear and without distortion.
