I have always liked reading books that give me a complete understanding of leadership for many perspectives. This book does just that. It gives one an incite into leadership and how to influence.

This book I purchased for organizational leadership class, surprised it packed full of information.This is a book I will not sell back.

Very useful for my reasearch paper. I used it to validate a few viewpoints and it also had a lot of other useful information.
