Very simple, yet well made. Great for shoulder rehab.

Works like a charm. The price was right. Instructions could be a little better to tell you how to do the exercises. If you are a professional, the diagrams would have been very clear. Not being in the medical field in any way, it was a little more difficult to figure out the execution of the various exercises.
