Disappointed and wanting to return
I am going to retune the item, was depy disappointed with it. It was a present for my dad who suffered a stroke and thought this would be good for him, it did arrive quickly but the whole product was labelled in Chinese, the wires were not in the ball properly. The plug was a Chinese one with no voltage listed, voltage was listed on amazon but am worried it may. It be accurate. Am too afraid to give as a present incase somethkng v happens and although emailed the seller twice and requested a return have not had any correspondence from them.
