Zilker ZAE1SB Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Pack with Gig Bag, Strap, and Pick - Sunburst

My son bought this with his birthday money. He started playing guitar a couple years ago and wanted a guitar of his own so he could teach his sisters how to play with the one they shared. He loves it. It is nice looking and plays great. Very pleased with it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! My son opened the shipping box containing the electric acoustic guitar on Christmas morning & the neck near the base was broken & one of the strings was broken as well. Not sure, but it appeared as if it had been used by someone else then returned to the seller AUSTIN BAZAAR & they passed it on to us - this is only speculation mind you. The guitar base itself is very cheaply made, the wood is very thin. Slightly thicker than laminate. The neck where it should meet the base seems unstable & cheaply constructed. It's understandable that it probably would not withstand very much pressure. Especially when it comes time to tune the guitar & having to tighten the strings. Needless to say we are Very, VERY disappointed...I just can't stress it enough. Especially since it was the one gift my son asked for for Christmas & he wasn't even given the opportunity to try it out.

It had spots that were messed up and the tuning changed way to often.
