Very pleased, I bought 2 of these cases after reading a missed bag of reviews .. regarding what some ppl say that the cases have lots of scratches on the external face.. there is a label which is in French, it says remove protective film !!! When removed is a nice sparkling case

Lovely looking case from afar, great for kids however arrived scratched to pieces and seem coming apart. It is REALLY flimsy and I am just waiting on a reply with regards to returning it. The zip stuck and I think one use on a flight would finish it off, not worth the money at all.

My suitcase came used! Dirty wheels and scratches all over the body with bits of it peeling off.I've contacted the seller to get it resolved. It's very pretty such a shame it's damaged

Nice looking case but unfortunately not very strong at all. Only used twice and all the stitching at the back of the case has broken. I am returning it and hopefully will get a full refund.

I bought this item for my daughter. She used it four times for local trips, the stitching unravelled and the coating on the case started to peel off.I returned the item and the refund has been agreed. However, the company are evading the issue of refunding the postage, particularly the tracked postage that was recommended by them.Not impressed.

First use of suitcase the wheel shattered and broke off. Very flimsy and low quality. I have had zero response from Amazon or the company about the issue, i can only suggest you avoid this product and company.

The case itself seems lovely but not used it as was alot bigger than expected. Asked to return it but unfortunately I have to pay for the return post and package which adds up to about £15 - £20. A bit extreme when the case was only £35Such a shame as I now have a case that I can't use.

I love the look of this case, however the zipper Snapped off, then the zip came away from the lining. I messaged the seller who just said their "warrenty" only covers handles and wheels. Now the wheel has broken and the seam holding the two sides together has completely unstiched. Seller doesn't care and is now denying that the have a warrenty.Do not use this seller.
