At first I couldn’t get the water pens to work but my nine year old son figured it out. You just give a little squeeze and the water comes to the brush. These pens are great you can use them before the water brush and after. I would buy them again and again. It’s definitely easier than actual water colors and looks just as good if not better!!

They blend so well. I love these brushes. The colors are bright and fun. They are great for calligraphy and would highly recommend these.

It is messy until you learn to use them

I was really disappointed with these. They are very very difficult to use as you can not stay in the lines as there is little control with them. The brush was already coming apart and leaving my high quality paper “muddy”. I have reached out and have gotten no response. I wish I would have ordered the alcohol based markers with the dual ends. Fine and ultra fine Or one with the chisel tip. Maybe they will contact me finally. Who knows.
