This product is exactly as described. Very affordable solution to keep all the unwanted little guests away without any mess or chemicals. Excellent experience with seller, was delivered on time with no surprises. I recommend this product because it's simple, useful and practical.

Not sure if mine is defective or if this is normal, but when plugged in for a few minutes, it emits a high-pitched shrill noise when it switches to the red light (ultrasonic) mode that echoes throughout the house. Thought maybe it was because of my wall electric socket, so I tried a few more around the house and it had the same effect. Honestly, can't speak for if it keeps the bugs away, but I couldn't stand the noise anymore so I unplugged it. Side note, the added nightlight feature is an innovative touch though.

Well the good news is that I don't see any rodents since I plugged these in. BUT after two months instead of having a traffic jam in the middle of night with roaches I now see them in my drawers in kitchen. I have 3 Pest Repellers plugged-ins in my kitchen and the problem is not solved. My husband wants to get an exterminator.

I received and installed unit in my kitchen on 6/24/2019. It is now 8/12/2019 and I still have roaches. I started with one then after a few weeks added the second one at different locations in my kitchen and yet I still have roaches.I am very disappointed with product. I am going to spray again along with plugins so maybe I will finally be bug free.

I've had this pest repeller for a few days, but it hasn't seemed to work on the spiders in my room yet! I will update if they seem to disappear. Otherwise, this pest repeller is SUPER easy to set up (just plug into a wall outlet). It emits a very small sound (to repel pests, I suppose) every once in a while, but it doesn't bother me at all. The nightlight function is a nice touch :)

I haven't noticed a difference at all in our pest situation.We had a mouse that we never saw and I havent seen any sign of him since this but we still have issues with various bugs.My husband can hear the device and it gives him a headache. (I have hearing loss so I don't notice anything.)

I could hear sounds coming from the device when it was on "ultrasonic". It also did not get rid of insects. After a day i have a cricket literally right next to it. Will be returning.

We are using the pest repeller in our camper , one at each end, but still have mice coming in. Have to set traps as well. Quite disappointed!
