Not warming, the sewing in the thumb might be annoying
It did not help at all with my Raynaud's syndrome. The gloves are not warming, and I found the sewing in the thumb annoying. The positive side is that they are not chunky, and allow you to work on you laptop without problems.

Reasonable quality for the price
I bought these as I suffer from Reynaud's Syndrome, picking the small size because of my narrow fingers. They are very tight and can actually cause an attack of Reynaud's at times, but mostly they're just tight enough to add pressure and heat without being too uncomfortable. I think the sensation of wearing them just needs some getting used to, as a larger size would have measured up too big.Unlike "fashion" fingerless gloves, they do not get snagged if I wear them while writing or sewing as the finger portions cover a large part of the finger but without any bagginess. The only real let-down of them is how badly the seams are finished off; the overlocking is rough and scratchy enough to catch on dry skin, and is probably the reason I wear these so infrequently. It's a shame as they don't actually look too bad for "medical" gloves!

Not much compression
I’m afraid these did very little for my hands and not a huge amount of compression plus the stitching around the thumb is too tight and cuts into you

Compression gloves
But a few pairs now. Excellent value for your money. Really helps relieve the pain. Perfect for small hands.

Great for Raynaud's
These are great gloves that certainly help my Raynaud's disease. They are lovely and soft and, despite my very small hands, they fit me very well. There is one problem I have with them & that is that the seams are very poorly finished. They irritate my skin slightly, particularly around my thumbs. I solved this by turning them inside out and wearing them on the opposite hand, but it's not ideal if I want to wear them out and about. It looks a little eccentric!

Finally, gloves that fit!
I have very small hands for an adult, so I ordered these in S. You can't imagine how happy I am to not only have gloves that fit, but compression gloves that can actually work because they're not too loose! It feels like these are helping the circulation in my hands when I wear them. These won't instantly warm up cold fingers but gently insulate your hands and protect from further chilling. They don't make hands sweaty like some compression gloves, they are comfortable to wear for as long as I need. I have Raynaud's and I wanted some fingerless gloves that don't get in the way of typing or crafting or whatnot. These look so nice too and not at all like a medical item. They feel high quality and the construction is really strong with the seams sitting in all the right places. Obviously don't be reckless when taking them on or off and make sure you don't get too small a fit. All in all I can really recommend these, especially if you struggle to find small enough gloves like I do.

Comfortable
I wrote a previous review when I had only just received the gloves and I wasn't too impressed. Admittedly I hadn't given them a chance. I have been wearing them through the night every night and they have definitely helped with the pain I am used to getting. I don't get much of a chance to wear them during the day as I've always got my hands in water or touching food etc. I apologise to the company I bought them from for my previous review and hope this truthful & correct one will make up for it. I have recommended them to other people I know who suffer with the same pain.
