Causes Extremely Dry Lips
Honestly speaking, I haven’t taken this product long enough to experience its effectiveness. When I first started, I’ve noticed my lips were extremely chapped and I realized it was this product. So I cut down on dosage and dryness of lips went away.

Not A Good Mineral Supplement
Isotonix puts out some decent products, but I read the label of "Multimineral" and I can't help but ask myself, what the hell are they thinking? This product takes two capfuls, which is twice as much as the the multivitamin and the OPC-3, meaning that this is a 45-day supply, rather than 90. For that much product, you ought to have more to show for it. You get 17% of the U.S. RDA of Beta-carotene, 33% of vitamin C, 250% of vitamin D3. Of course, none of these are actually minerals, so one wouldn't expect a full 100% of these in a mineral supplement, but what about the rest?20% of calcium, 17% of iron, 100% of iodine, 13% of magnesium, 50% of zinc, 79% of selenium, 50% of copper, 100% of chromium (on the plus side, it's chromium nicotinate, not chromium picolinate; nicotinate being the better of the two), 60% of molybdenum, 6% of potassium. It also includes two milligrams of boron, for which there is no established U.S. RDA, but the average diet supplies about 1.17 mg for men, .96 for women. Finally, it supplies 30 micrograms of Vanadium. While scientists have not settled on a U.S. RDA for this mineral, the average diet provides 6-18 micrograms. And that's it. There's no phosphorus, sulfur, manganese, flourine, cobalt, tin or nickel. Not an impressive label, guys, especially for a supplement requiring two capfuls. And like the calcium supplement, it tends to leave a residue. So, how much are we really getting?
