Do not buy this product, I have had to go around and around with them, I'm still going around and round with them. There book was wrong they sent with it, then they sent me a email with right instruction, but the heater or thermometer isn't working right. I bought 2 batches of eggs and have 3 chicken to hatch. I took one section of the egg turner out put a brand new thermometer in it plugged it back up and have it set on 39.6 Celsius to get a 100 degree reading. They do not want to refund my money or take the charge off my amazon card. I refuse to pay for something that doesn't work right. They have offered to send a part to fix it but I am not a electrician, and why should I pay to have it fixed?

Too much space between the rack and the sides. We had chicks fall through and get into the bottom. One drowned in the water trough. Other than that we got a decent hatch on our first try.

humidity flaxuate to much. lost to many eggs because of this!

So far, I have 2 already... and I can see 5 others already made some hole to the egg which means they will come out soon. I will post more after 12 hrs hopefully all will be hatched by then... I give it 9/10

Small birds get through the bottom and get caught in the fan and die

Lid is difficult to fit, cord came dirty, machine would die on me at times, and the worst part was when a chicken hatched, it fell through the large gap in the front of the device by the fan and almost drowned in the water bellow. I had to open the incubator, take apart the top section with 12 eggs remaining , pull the baby chicken out of the water, and hope the 12 remaining would still hatch....they did not hatch...
