Poor instructions on operating. I rated this as two stars for comfort, that's not the discomfort you feel from the effect of the muscle stimulation, it's the plastic the item is made from, it's just not comfortable around the edges.Don't be fooled by the picture, it's about half the size of the image on the man. I'm only 5'10", 32" waist and it's nothing like. Don't know if it's me but I purchased this model expecting it to be lile a belt. It's not.

I bought this because I don't really have time to go to the gym however I would still like to have a flat stomach, I think this product achieves this. I use it after I have a shower and it feels like I have just done 100 sit ups after so I hope that means it works! You can adjust what level of current and also what mode it is, I like to use the default one as I find I can cope more with it, I also use it on my thighs and it has the same effect as with my stomach, overall, I recommend this.

Only 2 of the 3 units worked on arrival and after charging the 1 still didn’t work. Adhesive pads don’t last long and abdominal pads only work on one side. Biggest waste of £30

Look well made and durable first time trying these bit seem to work well and don't irritate whilst you working out with them on all round good product
