Why did you pick this product vs others?:I long for the things that bring me back to my childhood. Before the microwave popcorn craze, we made Jiffy Pop! I was so impressed with the flavor and the wonderful popcorn smell that filled my house. The stench of microwave popcorn is something I always tolerated but never quite got used to. So quick, easy and actually a little fun.

Took Jiffy Pop on a camping trip, and it was a total hit! Whether over an open fire or on a propane stove, it popped up perfectly and added a fun, nostalgic touch to the adventure. Super easy to use, and there’s just something extra satisfying about watching it bubble up under the foil. Great taste, great entertainment—definitely a camping must-have!

Not what I expected. Used to get this as a kid and wanted to share the experience with the grandkids. First of all it’s smaller than the original and not as sturdy. Once the kernels finally started popping it was coming out from the side of the container instead of puffing up in the middle. It was landing under the gas stove burner at a fast pace. Then those kernels caught fire and after turning it off I had to use the fire extinguisher to put the fire out. What a disaster! Buy at your own risk.

My kids enjoyed this style of popcorn. After a lot of shaking, the bottom layer still burned a little bit. We couldn't eat those kernels but the ones on top of them tasted fine. It was a bit stale but the novelty of warm popcorn when camping seems to negate the other issues.

Nothing is the same as it used to be. It was good, but I remember it tasting a lot better. I messed one up, popped another then I bought a whirly pop. Now that's good popping.

This is absolutely the best piece of nostalgia ever. Who doesn't remember enjoying Jiffy Pop when they were a kid. It was fresh, the packaging is well made, and it was easy to use on the stove. You have to keep the package moving or the popcorn will stick to the bottom, as that was the case for a couple spots, but overall, it was not burnt, and tasted great, especially while watching a movie. It was so much fun that it was ordered and sent to family. Now all of us are enjoying a little taste of nostalgia and happiness.

We all remember this from childhood! And it’s a necessity for cooking on the camp grill. Kids love it. Tip: really shake it and keep it moving and pull it off a little before it’s totally stopped popping to avoid any getting burned.
