This Probiotic was recommended for me by my daughter. I get it every month from Amazon.I have to take two capsules once a day. It is forUTI’s.

I have nothing positive or negative to say about them. I used it for a month and noticed no difference. I however do suggest you try them if you want as all bodies are different. Maybe they’ll work for you

Makes delicious yogurt. I took 8-10 capsules added to organic 1 quart 1/2 and 1/2, with 1 TBls. Inulin, look up Super yogurt. Enjoy the taste abd probiotics

I loved this product from the start! Great for my vaginal health, great for my gut health! I did not have bloating and have a flat stomach even after I eat. However, after about 2 weeks now of only 1 capsule not 2 I am having my face flush and redness on my face that I have when I am overloaded with histamine. It took a while to get used to the probiotics, but now I have no issues. Be aware though if you have a sensitive body.
