Excellent - easy to fit and much better tasting water. Great customer service too!
I'm really pleased with it! After a few days for the tiny bubbles (which made the water look cloudly at first) the water is noticeably improved over our tap water supply and it's now my go-to source for drinking water. No more expensive bottled water, no more plastic waste!So good I bought a second one for our office.There was a small broken connector when it arrived but I'm still giving 5 stars as the customer service was excellent and they got me a replacement part very quickly

Looks good but...
Wasn't totally clear from the listing that you HAVE to connect it to the supplied extra "filter tap" - it cannot be plumbed in to the existing water line to your existing tap

My third Ispring filter system
Yes 3 systems purchased that’s the faith I have in Ispring. Brilliant units.My recent unit once installed unfortunately had a leak between 2 filtersBut was quickly resolved with the help of Nick (sales dept)I cannot fault this company and built on trust.Thank you again Nick. 5 Stars :)
