It is always a pleasure to write positive reviews. This clock/alarm/timer deserves one. It is just perfect for me. I use Cube timer at home and it is good for pomodoro technique and my kitchen, but this hexagon timer turned out to be a way above my expectations. What especially I love:1. Digits on the clock are large and easy to see.2. You have pause buttons for timers! Two of them!3. It is also a clock - that is so nice!.. Well, and an alarm, if you need it.4. Perfect intervals for my pomodoros (30 minutes in my case with 5 and 15 minutes breaks).5. Wow design. Just love it! Large numbers, large digits, black color with an orange Zero.6. 2 Levels of alarm/timer sound. Ohh! Finally, it does not scare me when I am concentrated and then suddenly BEEP. Not with this one.The only couple of things I wish it would have (but don't) are (1) a choice for a melody for the alarm/timer that starts quetly and increases in volume gradually. (2) I also found that digital digits on the clock are less sharp when it is in a timer mode.But regardless of that, I have no words! People who designed it and created it made it with passion. Thank you so much!It came in a very nice box you expect for $100+ gadgets, on time, and well packed. Ahh. No batteries in the box. You need 2 AAA on your own.PS. They remind don't rush if you cannot figure out immediately how to set up something. It is sometimes requires you to read their manual. I could not figure out how to reduce the sound just by pushing buttons here and there. Well, it is well described in the manual. So no complains, really.PPS. Perfect gadget!!!!Correction: I purchased 2 more clocks for different locations I work at. New clock doesn't have the problem I indicated in my review. Now, all numbers are bright and nice even in timer mode. I guess they are improving each next version of the timer. Great job!!!

I love this timer. This is the second one that I have purchased. I now have one at home and one at my office. It helps with my time blindness and productivity so much. Has been a lifesaver for guiding my focus and meeting deadlines. Works well for kids who have issues with focus as well. I don't use the alarm function, only the timers. Great purchase.

Don’t believe the reviews about any poor performance or the clock losing time. It all comes down to following instructions from the manufacturer (who even follows up via email with updated manual notes after purchase). You need to use brand new batteries in this thing, don’t skip that step. I have owned my timer for over 2 months now and I haven’t lost a minute of time on the clock. But more than anything this thing is about the timer. I needed something to keep me focused on tasks that was aesthetically pleasing and easy to interact with. This checked all of those boxes for me. I was very apprehensive about ordering this based on some of the reviews, but all of my concerns were not warranted. No issues whatsoever. Love this little device and use it daily. One of the biggest complaints I have read about is the clock not being backlit. If you need to time things in a dark environment, look elsewhere. But for the common user, how often do you need to use the timer in the dark? No complaints here, I’m a happy customer.

This little clock is amazing! My spouse & I liked it so well that we bought 2 of them!! Easy to use, keeps excellent time. Noticeable audio that you can actually hear. But it’s not too loud that it takes over the room. Color is great, simplicity. Our only disappointment is with visibility if the LCD numerals. Reading the time is what it is all about. It’s somewhat difficult to read, even close up, depending on the light in the room. Other than readability I rate this clock as a 4.5 stars!!

I got this as an easy way to monitor work flow as I work from home! Helps me to concentrate for XYZ minutes on certain tasks without disruption! I was using one I had to manually set constantly and this is 10x better! Bonus - I lost the instructions and needed to adjust the time and couldn't figure out - they can easily be found by a quick google search! LOL! If you need 'focus time' for work or anything, don't wait on this one!

Update:My clock gains time. It will gain several minutes over the course of a month. I had just reset this clock for Daylight Savings Time and in the course of an hour it has gained 20 seconds. I originally had this as a 5-star item but I have bumped it down to 3-stars due to this issue.I do a lot of photo editing and am bad about losing focus and drifting off to other things on the net like watching random YouTube videos. I use this clock/timer to help keep me focused by breaking up my work (hobby) into small increments of time. I can set the timer for 30 minutes and keep myself on task. When I use it my productivity is better.The clock/timer is easy to use, just rotate it to the desired time increment and it starts a count down.For me the display is large enough and easy to read. But note that ine is mounted on a shelf above my monitor and is only an arms length away and just about eye level.I am pleased with the unit and happy I bought it.

I got this because my psychiatrist recommended setting timers during work to help me stay focused on my task instead of literally anything else. After getting tired of setting constant timers on my phone, I got this to try. It’s so easy, and I just turn the clock to whatever time I need. It’s also been really great to use as I’ve been potty training a puppy. Now I can make sure I don’t lose track of time for how long it’s been since he went out.
