Not practical unless what you want held is FLAT
Won't hold anything with any amount of curve -- not a toothbrush or a pen. So far (30 minutes) seems to be holding an absolutely FLAT-sided glass item of about 1 oz in weight

Does NOT do what it claims!! Don't use this for anything heavier than a piece of paper!

Not good,no support a single,picture frame

tried to hold garage door opener in car... on textured and smooth surface.... and controls were in floor everytime
