While I think these will hold up and work. I guess you get what you pay for. I have another set that is very grippy when placed on the gym floor or other surfaces. These however are kind of slick on the back and the gym surface needs to be clean and you may need to stand on it for them to grip well. Otherwise they want to slide a little if not well placed.

I've used the product outdoors on concrete. They work very well and perform as advertised. I do clean them off after each use to ensure they can be used for many more sessions.

It did not slide on the hardwood floor. This was a major concern. It really helps with our basketball drills.
