I was diagnosed with spinal issues years ago but have used back exercises to manage the flare ups of pain. I also get muscle spasms about once a year. 2 years ago, I started a business out of my home. I am constantly bending over, sitting on the floor, or sitting a computer all of which can cause me tremendous pain at any moment.I have a family member that has back issues as well. She recently purchases a new couch with a lumbar support pillow that she couldn't stop talking about. I decided since I wasn't getting a new sofa, to try just a regular lubar support pillow. This one was affordable and had decent reviews so I decided to give it a try.I leave it attached to my chair during the day so when I do get a chance to sit, it is there. Not only is the pressure I feel when I lean back on it soothing to my back, it also forces me to keep good posture. I find myself straightening my shoulders and tightening my abs. I also find that I continue to maintain this posture as I get up and do other tasks. I know from past experience that strengthening my core will also continue to help keep my back strong.I have also found it useful to use for my neck. It is great to support your head while watching tv or at night while sleeping. I sometimes bunch my pillow up or prop another pillow under my pillow to get an arch to support my neck. This does the trick without having to make my own makeshift support.The mesh cover is comfortable, breathable, and machine washable. The memory foam seems high quality so I have no worries of the roll going flat. I would highly recommend this lumbar support roll to anyone with back or neck pain or even headaches.

Overall, I liked this lumbar support pillow a lot. I find it to be firm but not hard and uncomfortable. I use it mainly in the car while driving and it provides nice support for my lower back during my very long commute (90+ minutes one way). The mesh cover of the pillow is not the softest I've ever felt, but I wouldn't say it's scratchy either. It has a zipper on the underside, which I assume is so that you can take the pillow insert out of the cover. I attempted to take the pillow out to see how difficult it would be, but gave up because it was, in fact, difficult and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the pillow back in. I think this could be resolved if the zipper just opened a bit further. My only other criticism is of the box that the pillow comes in. The packaging looks clean and professional, but on the box it is referred to as a "lumber roll" when it should be "lumbar." This error really takes away from the professionalism of the company in my opinion. But otherwise, the product itself is good.

The lumbar roll is helping me recover from a very painful bulging disc. So far, it is working as advertised. I am a happy customer.

This particular Lumbar Roll is Very well made with quality material for the cover and zippered for easy removal to wash. It feels good against the back while sitting. I work sitting down long hours and usually have to stop, stand and stretch throughout the day. I noticed I was able to work through several hours without stopping. That's unheard of for me! It has an attached strap which means you can keep it in place and not worry about it falling off the chair or getting out of place. And it was comfortable in any chair I sat in, office chair, dining chair, sofa, love seat and sitting up in bed watching tv or reading a book. It has enough firmness for support but soft enough to be super comfortable. Love my Lumbar Roll!

I was hoping this would be sturdier than it is. It's a great size and it feels comfortable when I use it! Looking forward to using it on long car drives. It's helpful for sitting in a desk chair for hours. Only wish it was a bit firmer!

It arrived just in one day and in such a nice package. It can be a really good gift to family member or friends. I had very terrible back pain for almost one year after delivering my daughter, and this little lumber pillow really help and give my lumber support. After sitting on the office chair for a day, I always feel hurt and the hurt even can continually till the next day. After using the pillow, I feel the pain is not that terrible and it getting better and better. And When I wake up in the morning, I can not feel the continually dis-comfortableness. I recommend this to my mom, since she always complain about lumber pain. And I am thinking to buy an additional one the I can put that in my car. Driving back pain always a big concern for me, by using thing support lumber pillow, I think I can drive little bit longer. Just remember to clip the coupon, It works! Really Good product for office people, long distance driver, and pregnant women also women after delivering baby.

I put this is my car which is a Prius and I love it! The bands you use to strap it to the seat are stretchy so it can fit most seats and its easy to adjust it. The only problem I have with it is that sometimes it will twist around and the zippier will hit your back and be uncomfortable. Other than that it has relieved my back pain and maid driving in the car a lot more comfortable. It doesn't get super hot in the car either. Also it is pretty squishy which I like but I know some people may want something more firm so keep that in mind.

I really needed a lumbar support and a roll like this was recommended by my chiropractor. Well this definitely gives me that support I needed! Although at times it feels too firm, but that is when my Fibromyalgia is acting up. This really does give me some pain relief and it really isn't too firm, as it is memory foam.
