Wash the bottom of suction cup with water, reuse it after drying. Attention Point 1.Our suction cup works by vacuum, through pressing the suction cup firmly on the wall to release air then twisting the knob cap tightly until lock in order to reach a vacuum state, not work by the glue. Doesn’t suction
Who would have thought I would be so disgruntled about something so menial as a shower caddy that I felt it warranted a product review. But here we are in 2020, when everything down to toilet brushes gets reviewed. I tried, three times, to get the basket to stay, thinking it was user error that my expensive Foreo and face wash kept crashing to the bottom of my tub. I raged and told my husband to try it in his bathroom. Two seconds later we heard that familiar sound of metal hitting the bottom of his tub. The suction SUCKS! I wanted so much for this shower caddy to just do it’s very simple task, but it didn’t and after I’m done with this review, I am taking this garbage to be returned.

Looks great and really holds to the wall!
When we built our new shower we needed some accessories that didn't look cheap. It is always a gamble when purchasing online whether you will like it as much in real life as you do in the pics. Let me just say that this is exactly what I needed. It is not cheap looking or cheap feeling and it looks great. It holds a lot of shower stuff and doesn't show any sign of losing suction.

Despite several attempts to put this in the shower ( new, white subway tiles) it never sat right and eventually broke

Good size, excellent product.....
We wanted something so we could keep bath and shower products nearby. This is excellent, sturdy, big enough to put quite a few bottles in and the suckers stick really well - if you follow the instructions...24 hours later and I am yet to hear the crash of bottles falling in the bath... Would recommend...

Strong suction and nice design
Bought this shower caddy after buying the suction cup hooks from the same manufacturer. They really do stay put on the porcelain bathroom tiles we stuck them on. Ours held various wash items and two large heavy tresemme shampoo products. Great purchase.
