I gave 3 stars because it runs big compared to the size chart. I have a bigger waist size than the 3X says it goes up to. I took a chance and ordered the 3X. It had gaps and bunched up. I'm guessing because it was too big. I'm going to return for a smaller size. I think sizing is comparable to your regular loose fit shirt size... Maybe one up if you don't want it super snug. It's a thick fabric. I think you would definitely sweat!

I wore my vest to the gym last night and did 60 minutes of boxing and cardio. It was very comfortable and I didn't even notice I had it on. After my workout I felt hot but nothing out of the ordinary. When I arrived home my family looked at me and started laughing saying that I looked like I wet myself. I looked down and could believe how soaked I was...my entire front and back! Apparently, all of the sweat from the vest had to go somewhere and it ran straight down. I can't wait to continue using it and seeing the results!

*updating* The customer service is OUTSTANDING! I followed the instructions they supplied and got the vest on! You will sweat, my goodness.. you will definitely sweat!I'm sure this is a fantastic product, but I spent 20 minutes trying to put on this rubber sweat-box and the only thing I managed to do was get both arms stuck in at awkward angles and needed assistance to get out before i bloody well suffocated. Good grief, the description is absolutely correct.. you will work up a sweat. By putting it on!

After wearing this vest for a few times plus regular exercise and diet, I noticed the differences around my belly. This product runs a little small, so please order one size up. The material is thick and the quality is pretty good.

I have a smaller torso and longer legs so it bunches up a little on my back, but it still worked at burned lots of belly fat

Okay so I’m 200lbs 5”7’ and I ordered the xl it’s pretty snug but nothing unbearable. I will say the worst part about this top is the straps they DIG into ur armpit super bad it even bruised mine so I’m super disappointed with that

It does not make me sweat a lot. But it is something I can wear all day. Tights up my love handles

It was a bit tuff putting on, but getting easier with practice.It's feels more comfortable if you wear tank top underneath to which up the sweat.Over all, I can wear this all day.I'm a 6-8 in jeans, so medium fitted well for me. I'm planning on getting the Black one soon.I don't particularly like the smell, but washing it a few times might fix that problem.
