So I have been rather ashamed of my chest (I am a man, obviously) since I was a child, so much so that I am having surgery in November. I am rather slim, 5'8" 155 lbs, but have extra where I don't need it. I don't have any other insecurities, but this is a big one. A HUGE one! If you have gynecomastia or puffy nipples, this product is for you...The moment I put this on, I could wear those shirts that I would never wear otherwise, and look great doing it! You know the ones I'm talking about, the tight ones. I almost felt like I could cancel my surgery, I had that eureka moment. If you have any THOUGHTS about purchasing this, DO IT!! It will change your life. Last night I took my girls to a basketball game, and never once felt self-conscious about my chest.Thank you!!!!

Love these compression tanks! I have moderate gynochomastia, love handles and a bit of a belly. I purchased 4 of these (one as a trial, then a three pack) to give me some chest compression and smooth the torso out so I could be comfortable wearing t-shirts this summer. They are durable, thicker than I expected, easy to care for, and not too difficult to put on and take off for me. I ordered a size small which is below my recommended size. I'm male, 5'11"", and weigh 190lbs. They are warmer than a cotton tank, but not by much. It does appear that I am wearing a tank underneath a t-shirt. I'm rather self conscious about my chest, and I don't worry when I wear these. The only complaint I have is a bit of irritation from the seam under my arm pits, but I just wear the shirt inside out and it doesn't bother me. The shirts run long, so they stay put, and also don't ride up. Not sure if they would give great compression to my trans brethren, but might be worth a try. Thanks Underworks!

Sure it feels tight.. It is a compression shirt after all, lol. My only complaint is that the seams around the edges don't lay flat, so they show under clothing. As with ALL of them, you also have to be careful of too much dryer heat, or eventually it ruins the stretch. I usually put them in the dryer for just a few minutes, then take them out and hang up.

Had this for a little over 6 months nowIt really is a great product, granted that I bought a medium but I was a large, it still fit well. First few times wearing it will be hard but then you won't notice it after constant wearI have gynacomastia so this helps a lot!However, after 6 months I have to flap this over to cover my chest because like all clothes, it DOES wear out, but if you wear it like normal and cover your chest with it by rolling the rest of the shirt over, it's good. Rolls down a lot so you have to adjust every once in awhile (it's almost like a bra lol)But overall this made my self confidence increase so much, will be buying more (I bought the 3 pack and I wear one per week sometimes two per week and have one to wear for the next week and wash the one I just wore)Great product

I like these. They're a little expensive but they're well made. They're called compression tanks and they fit rather closely but they're not for tubby guys who would like to look slimmer. They will hold what you've got more or less in place but they're not a 'corset'. There are other products out there for that but these are compression in the same sense cycling shorts are.

Usually get the firm product with spandex and nylon. The fit was not as tight and much looser....don't really wear but ruined the package the items came in so I'm just keeping for around the house.... :(

This is my first time with a type of clothing when I open the package I was like... "OMG how does this fit?, It's sooooo tiny" (btw I ordered one size down), tried it on to my surprise i manage to wear it.. First thing i really notice is how cool it is.. when people says second skin they were not kidding.. I live in a tropical weather and man when you sweat it sweats with you, it's very smooth and stretchy even a size down it feels like it fits well, the compression is good.. it gives an over all more "rounded" look, will update if ever

I've purchased different products from Underworks over the years, and over all I've been very happy. The level of compression can differ between products, ranging from a comfortable level to something more constricting. I had purchased a 3-pack of tanks a while back that fit perfectly and were constricting at a level I was comfortable with. It was very difficult to tell from the photo and description, but these appeared to be the same one. Sadly, they were not, The tanks are very thin and insubstantial. On a compression scale of 1-10, they are a 1. I'm currently in the process of returning this item,
