Exactly as described, great fun for the kids and very educational at the same time.

Terrible quality - avoid
Cheap and nasty slides. Sections on slide often folded over therefore unable to pass light through. Very little detail visible. By comparison, the five slides that came with the microscope we bought at the same time are excellent.
