I purchased several of these voice recorders for participants in a training class. I was very impressed with the recorder and all the accessories that came with them. Each voice recorder came with a lapel microphone, headphones, an aux cable, micro usb cable and a device to record telephone (landline) conversations.The best aspect of my purchase is that these are really good recorders. The settings allow you to adjust the type of recording. The recorder also allows you to use its internal equalizer. All in all, this voice recorder is packed with great features and it comes with a box full of needed accessories.

I like the fact that the recorder is small and lightweight enough to take with me in my purse. I used it at a Seminar and the playback sound was bold and powerful. Great buy for the price!

Most other discreet voice recorders I had in the form of usbs need you to upload the mp3 files to another device. I would use them but rarely ended up uploading the files. This device saves me the trouble because I can listen to the recordings without needing any additional gear.

The built-in speaker of this voice recorder can be really loud and clear too. There an intergrated USB connector on the side so I can just plug it in my computer. This is an 8gig recorder, kind of small storage space but I don’t use it often and when I do, it does come in handy.

I've used this for meetings at work so I can remember certain things when I'm out in the field. The playback is pretty loud when turned up almost all the way. I've used this for class as well. I like that I can plug in some earbuds and just listen to lectures while I study. I don't sit in the front of class and I'm still able to hear the professor clear with no background noise. If I'm moving near the recorder, I'll hear that but I can still hear the professor clearly. I've recorded about 3 hours worth of meetings and almost 8 hours of lectures and I still have so much room left on this recorder. Fits in my pocket and my backpack with no issues.

I didn't expect much when I bought this. When I received it, I expected even less: it's smaller than I thought it would be, light, and the screen on it is TINY.Then I started using it.I love this thing. The options are many, the recording quality excellent, and the playback is better than it has any right to be on a machine like this. I even put some music on it just because. Hooking it up to a computer for transfer is a simple plug and play affair, and while some of the functions/buttons take a bit to get used to, they are easy enough to figure out.Love it!

I bought it to record some presentations. It's good for me. Light weight, easy to operate. The quality of the recordings is very good, so I'm satisfied with the choice. I'll definitely recommend Dictop's tape recorder!

The sound quality is pretty good, but for the money it's excellent. And very convenient to use. Because it is so light and tiny you find yourself taking it with you in a pocket, just for fun. You can record anything, and people assume it's just a phone of some kind. I tried this and it worked: narrate some thoughts, etc into the recorder, and then play that file over the computer sound system. While running Dragon Naturally Speaking (I have just the Home version) put a microphone up to the computer speaker. Dragon will transcribe what was recorded pretty well. So that's a way to use this cheap recorder and the cheap version of Dragon to automate transcription of your recorded musings.
