I am so happy to have received this for my trip to Italy tomorrow! I was a bit skeptical about this because the ratings seemed too high, but right when I tried it on, I knew it was quality stuff.First things first: this is much more comfortable than it looks. I have a tough time sleeping while sitting, but I may be able to pull it off tomorrow... finally.It comes with instructions. The most important thing to note is you’re supposed to thaw out the microbeads from behind you so that you can lay your head flat on your seat’s headrest and maximize the fullness of the pillow where it matters (sides and front).It comes with two pairs of earplugs. Ones that you store on the blindfold itself, which I didn’t even notice in the listing the first time, so that’s a bonus, and ones that come in a fancy screwcap keychain container. I’m sure these earplugs are easy to lose, and this was cleverly designed to prevent that. I still prefer the earplugs on the blindfolds as the second pair are redundant. The container is great and I will make better use of it to store something else like aspirins for my trip. The earplugs themselves aren’t very effective. I don’t foresee them blocking the loud low-frequency sounds of jet engines but rather possibly blocking the higher-frequency sounds of people speaking around me. Not super ideal for travel but still better than nothing, I suppose.As you can see, there is more than enough space in the bag to store its contents. If you’re in a hurry, it’s very easy to stuff everything in the bag, as opposed to many other kits I’ve purchased that come in bags.The bag comes with a detachable strap that allows you to tether the kit to your luggage, so you can save space and still have the convenience of packing it with the rest of your luggage. The stitching of the bag strap doesn’t appear to be high quality; however, the button on the strap is. It’s snaps on very tightly and requires a fair amount of force to detach it. I used this pillow on my trip to hong kong from LA so it was used for a long flight.I bought this one because it seemed easy to use and for that this pillow is excellent.IT provides much better comfort than a regular pillow due to some support from it being tied around your neck and this changed the way i sleep on the plane now i get much better sleep with much more comfort.Its important to me to feel well rested after these long flights so I do love this product however one of the big problems is ventilation this thing gets HOT other than that this thing is almost perfect. I would say 4.5 stars but ill stick to 4 due to heat problems and a meh color.

I fly between Maine and California twice a year and needed something that would allow me to sleep on the long flights. After trying four different supports, this one was the clear winner. The strong neck support is what I love most - it keeps my head securely upright while still allowing me to breathe. I can tilt my head left or right slightly and make small adjustments. It's like having a pillow attached to my neck. It's very comfortable with soft stretchy fabric and internal microbeads, which are quite lightweight and the loop design makes it easy to attach to my carry-on. The material also allows for good air flow; I didn't experience any sweating or overheating. The included earplugs and eye mask made for a comfortable flight.

I am flying with my two kids this summer and it is a very long international flight. Anyway, I know it won't be easy and I have started looking early for little hacks and travel products that would make my life easier on 15+ hour flight. Thus, I came across this pillow. The design of the pillow has attracted me at first, but I also had time to test it over this week and it is a quality travel pillow. It feels good and comfortable. I loved that it came in its own storage bag - it will make travelling with it and storing it so much easier. It also came with a sleeping mask and ear plugs - God knows, I will need those while travelling with two small kids lol Overall, it is a great neck pillow and I can't wait to fully test it this June. Recommended!

Product works well (better than the typical u shaped neck pillow) if you are an average size. This is due to the fact that you can snap in the clasp and make it tighter and you can move/adjust the beads so that it is more flat on the back of your neck. I am petite and thin and it didn't quite hold my head totally upright. I was still able to use it and not have a major kink in my neck and I also used it for my lower back during our long flight overseas. Haven't used the eye mask or ear plugs yet but it makes a nice set. Seller was prompt in communications and offered excellent customer service.

I had severe neck pain and numbness down my arm which would wake me up at night and thought if I could hold my neck straight it would help. Liked this because you can buckle it into place. sleeping with this has eliminated my pain and numbness. I know this is just a travel pillow and not a medical device but it looked so much like a neck brace, I gave it a try. Love the fact you can move the filling around until you are comfortable. Great product.

I haven't had a chance yet to try this out on a plane, but it's pretty comfy while sitting up and watching TV on the couch. I have kind of a short neck and my ears get a little squinched up, but it's certainly better than having terrible neck pain! The plane test will come in August and I'm looking forward to a good nap. It is very supportive, soft and flexible.

Pros: The mask and the earplugs are definitely a nice little touch and I appreciated that. The little details, with the carrying bag are great!Cons: The pillow can get really hot, and it didn't do a great job of supporting my neck no matter what position I got it in. Defintely better than the more expensive airport alternatives, but I'm sure there are better options if you want more neck support.
