The main listing states this is a 50W unit, but it is actually 40W as noted in the detail description. The input power measures 40W and the light output measures about 80% of my 50W year old unit. The temperature of the unit seems to hold steady at about 75 C on the back of the unit and so I expect it will be reasonably reliable since that is still in the upper operating range of this type of LED chip. I will put it to work and report back on performance.

So far it is working exactly as we hoped it would. It is is a very wet environment in the sump area of our salt water reef aquarium to provide growth light for the algae scrubber. Less than a week in and we are seeing growth already. The light gets splashed quite a bit and seems to have no problem with the water hitting it.

beautiful colour my room is glowing bright pink. need some tinted goggles to tend to my garden. runs a bit hot, so I point a fan at it. no switch on the cord, but its on a timer 15 hrs per dayhangs nicelyjust bought some potted culinary herbs, & they perked up under the lamp.I recommend it.

This is second purchase of same light.That's not a replacment.Very good lights.Have been using for more than a year with very good results.THANKS!

Great light very very bright my plants love it however this light puts on some heat out. Stronger heat then my led 300w grow light. Other then that its a great add on to fill in some light for ur grow space. Def recommend

Went out after a week

I liked that it felt sturdy and for the price so far no complaints. It is perfect for seedlings n veg but doesn’t push allot of wattage or have a big foot print but can’t go wrong for the price
