Me and my wife use this on a daily basis for step aerobics and it hasn't failed us yet, had it two years now. My son likes using it as an obstacle cource variable too. Excellent product.

This exercise step is a good size and very sturdy! I have made a start to stepping up and down on it as fast as I can. As I get better at it , I can make it higher in two stages. Terrific value for money and much safer that running on the lowest step of the stairs as I was before.

I paid a similar price for another brand and theirs are a lot sturdier plus risers stay in the middle when put there. I have had to duct tape the initial risers to the step. Would be better if part of the step rather than an attachment....

Great item

I use this for step aerobics at home. As I am working home I was not getting the exercise I was whilst working in an office. The stepper is ideal for me to keep my steps up per hour and also it keeps my knees from seizing up from lack of use. This stepper is excellent value for money and couldn't be simpler for putting together. It is lightweight so does tend to move slightly but not by much. The weight is ideal for me to keep it portable as i don't have much room to store it. I would thoroughly recommend this stepper.
