Authentic Hand Hammered Wok pan.Uncoated 12.5in flat bottom wok.Chinese iron pot Suitable for induction cooker, Electric , natural gas

After 1 use, my pot turned this color. Is this normal? What should I do to turn it back to black? I didn't use soap when cleaning it.

Unfortunately, I have a very bad experience with this pan. I season the pan three times in the oven, and twice normally on the stove. I have still places that are not seasoned.

The LOng metal screw cum round hooked end (double use) is not long enough to connect to the female receptacle end on the main wok side, consequently, the handle and wok cannot be joined. Also, the wok handle is not centered so no way this connection could have worked. The wood looked =thin, puny and flimsy. Would have broken apart in no time. Poor design and manufacturing. Should have known - only 12 feedbacks, therefore not reliable.

used this for a month, and a small part fell off (chipped off?) at the center of the base of the wok. you can see the un-coated steel material. May be it couldn't take the heat although i'm using a electric stove and not gas. This is ridiculous... passed the return date by a day or two, so it's going out w/ my other trash...

After solving the lard seasoning issu, it works great. Perfect size for one or two people. I used grapeseed oil to season since has a higher burning point...

great daily wok. It is non stick naturally which is so important to me. I just brushed some avocado oil inside and outside the first three times of uses for seasoning.the only thing that make it not perfect for me is its weight. Although it is much lighter than cast iron wok, it is still a little heavier than I thought. the item weight is the wok weight itself excluding the handle weight. Adding the handle weight makes it more than 3lb, which makes me hard to flip food with wok with one hand. But it is still acceptable. I like this wok. Just wish it could last long.

My wife has been looking for wok like this for very long time, she absolutely love it. First of all, she seasoned the new wok right after receiving it, she has done seasoning on her 50+ cast iron skillets and pots many times, so it is not a challenging task. After seasoning, the wok acted like non stick pot yet not heavy like cast iron skillets. Perfect for stir fry. It is also deep enough to have minimum tiny oil spots on stove, make it easier to clean up after each use. My wife has recommended the wok to many her friends and family.

This really does work a lot better than my old thick aluminum wok. It gets hotter faster. It really is like a cast iron skillet in that it builds up a coat of seasoning. Most things clean easily but sometimes a burned crust appears that needs to be scraped off. It really improved my stir fries.

Robusta, leggera, diffonde bene il calore, ma il fondo sottile si espande un pochino col calore diventando convesso perciò' su una piastra elettrica si perde l' "aderenza" quindi la conduttività' del calore.

Ho usato questa pentola per circa due mesi, e ora c'è solo uno strato di scorie di ferro sulla superficie, e gli altri sono a posto.

Bel wok molto capiente per cucinare piatti esotici da friggere veloce, come nella cucina Cinese. Non va bene per piatti cotti per lungo tempo, tipo spezzanino, umido etc

Ho fatto un regalo con questa bellissima wok, devo dire che è una bellissima wok e molto funzionale però bisogna fare molta attenzione a come pulirla bisogna essere delicati e non usare sgrassatori o detersivi aggressivi.

Ich bin nicht unzufrieden mit dem Wok. Leider geht die Beschichtung nach und nach verloren, das Bratverhalten hat sich aber nicht verändert, also bei regelmäßigen Rühren setzt nichts an.Die Wärmeverteilung geht nicht bis ganz hoch, aber bei allen Wok`s die bis heute hatte ist die Wärmeverteilung hier immer noch am besten. Also alles in allen kein schlechter Wok und vor allem gut für Induktion geeignet.
